But firstly - do you actually really know what you want? Surprisingly, not
many people do. We think we know what it is that we want in life but in actual fact it is our ego we
hear and not our true self. This is why, often, we don't succeed. In order to
establish what it is you truly want you first have to get past the ego! - And that is no mean feat! To do this you first of all need to go within yourself and find your inner being. You need to dream! In today’s busy world, with all the advertising and media hype we forget how
to dream - we let the entertainment industry and the media do it all for us. We
need to close our eyes and dream again............ To find within ourselves what are our deepest hopes and desires, to
quieten the ego and listen to the soul within. Meditation, which is simply a
state of deep relaxation, gives us the opportunity to quieten our minds, to silence the anxieties and demands of the
ego, and ultimately to regain contact with our inner being. It is during such
periods of stillness and silence that we are then able to 'hear' our inner voice - and thus to know both who we truly are
and what will make us happy. Just being, in a relaxed state of consciousness,
you will glean valuable insights as to what your dreams and desires really are – the dreams and desires of your soul as opposed to the wants and demands of your ego.
It is also extremely enlightening to become aware of the dreams you have while you sleep and to adhere to the messages
contained within those dreams. Dreams are the souls way of communicating with the physical brain. Take note of
how the circumstances in your dream made you feel. Our emotions are our inner guide as to what is the 'right'
path for us. If, for example, you dream about going to live in a particular country and that dream makes you feel uneasy
or unhappy then it would not be in your interests to go and live in that country and this time. More information

Okay so you know what it is that you really want but you have doubts, you
don’t really believe that you can have these things. In order to fulfil your
desires you first of all need to believe. You
can do this by using positive thinking, visualisation and affirmations. By making
a conscious statement to yourself on a regular basis you will come to believe that statement. Then when you believe it will
become that way. You will find some powerful and effective affirmations to aid
health, and wealth as well as some affirmations to attract positive relationships into your life.
Or perhaps attracting relationships is not a problem however it can be difficult to sustain a healthy and loving relationship. In order
to sustain healthy and loving relationships it is imperitive that you first of all love yourself. When
you truly love and accept yourself you will be healthier and will attract into your
life relationships that are based on love, acceptance and ultimately respect.
